What happens if I exceed my sharing limit?
Sharing is limited on the Hobby plan. Upgrading to Professional allows for unlimited shared files.
Can I add more users to my Professional plan after subscribing?
Yes, you can invite more team members at anytime and they’ll automatically be added to your Professional plan.
How does billing work when I add a team member?
After inviting a member to your Team they will be added to your next bill. Your next bill will also contain a prorated charge for the newly invited user in the current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
If you would like to test out Quadratic for free, please sign up for a Hobby account. If you would like to request a Professional trial, contact us.

Can I downgrade from a Professional to a Hobby account?
Yes, you can cancel and downgrade your plan at any time. However, at the end of the billing period in which you cancel, you will lose access to any files created under your Professional plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Stripe Link, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through Stripe. Additional payment options are available for Enterprise customers.
